Fighting Lion is one of the most lavish-looking Exotics in Destiny 2.
It’s a grenade launcher that feels like it comes from the same design doc responsible for Gjallarhorn, with a lion instead of wolves decorating the entire thing.
In case you haven’t guessed, Fighting Lion is Xur’s pick this week. The interesting perk here is Delayed Gratification.
It allows you to control when to trigger the explosion after the grenade bounces out, which is a nice bonus. Unfortunately, as is usually the case with grenade launchers in Destiny 2 – it’s underwhelming. Even though Fighting Lion goes into your Energy weapon slot, as opposed to your Power weapon slot, it’s still not worth it.
In fact, Arekkz calls it one of the worst Exotics in Destiny 2. You can get some cool ornaments for it, but apart from that, it’s not worth picking up. Unless you really want every Exotic in Destiny 2.
