The Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus launch trailer is here to axe you in the neck.
Of course it’s violent. Of course it features Nazis getting their grisly comeuppance. Of course it features a knackered Hitler. It’s Wolfenstein, what did you expect?

Here’s the launch trailer ahead of release October 27 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

I’m not sure what else we can say at this point – it looks like a rip-roaring world of mayhem. That’s been the impression we’ve always had since first getting hands-on with Wolfenstein 2. Wolfenstein is a great power-trip, according to our man Alex.

Some people have kicked off about the politics in Wolfenstein 2 and marketing involving the #NoMoreNazis hashtag, but that hasn’t fazed publisher Bethesda as the series has been “decidedly anti-Nazi” since its inception.

Nazis are there for the punching.

Wolfenstein 2 will also come to Switch some time in 2018 so Nintendo fans can join in with the violence.
